The FEET UP is most usually a tool that someone buys and then neglects as it happens with a treadmill and other exercise tools. I have been a FEET UP fun from day one that I bought this tool and never gave up practicing with that
I use it often and also is part of my trainings, allowing my students to explore its unlimited ways of use
In a FEET UP you can practice in all positions in space, like seated, inverted, standing, lying, prone, side lying, kneeling! Options of poses and exercises are unlimited!
In a Feet Up Trainer you can train yourself either inverted or seated or lying, etc. Options are unlimited!
